She has worked with multinational companies in international environments, managed customer-facing projects (both onsite and remotely), and is currently building a startup. She has successfully managed large, complex relocations projects worth a million euros.

Growing up, Naincy's father’s job had her family relocating constantly—sometimes multiple times a year. When she moved to Germany, the pattern continued, with a new city each year for six years. She has since stopped moving homes, but now relocates labs instead. Some habits, it seems, just evolve.
